Filevolo

Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This page lists every cookie and browser-storage value Filevolo actually uses. Nothing here is hypothetical - if something isn't listed, Filevolo doesn't set it.

Strictly necessary (no consent needed)

These only exist to deliver something you specifically asked for - under GDPR and the ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary storage doesn't require consent, only disclosure.

Advertising

AdSense advertising is paused while our application is under review. The free tools remain available without accepting advertising cookies.

Google AdSense may use cookies and local storage for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads are not necessarily cookie-free. Where required, Google's certified consent message explains the purposes and participating providers and lets you consent, refuse or manage your choices. The privacy and cookie settings link lets you revisit those choices. An older preference saved as filevolo_cookie_consent is not treated as consent for this system.

See Google's advertising information for how Google uses data.

Code delivered from a CDN

A few tools (PDF rendering, HEIC photo conversion) load their processing engine from jsDelivr, a public code CDN, instead of bundling it into Filevolo itself. This is a plain file request, not a tracking cookie or a data upload - jsDelivr doesn't receive your file, only sees that a browser requested that library, the same as loading a font or an image from any external server. It only happens for the specific tool that needs it, not on every page.

Controlling cookies yourself

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies and local storage in its own settings. Blocking the two strictly necessary cookies above will stop Filevolo from recognizing a Pro subscription or credit balance you've already paid for - free tools work the same either way.

Changes to this policy

If what Filevolo stores in your browser changes, this page will be updated, with the date above reflecting the change. See also the Privacy Policy for what happens with any data that reaches our servers at all.
