Filevolo

CSV to PDF

Convert a .csv file into a PDF table, processed in your browser.

Drag a .csv file here, or choose a file

Comma-separated values (.csv), up to 10 MB.

You can also paste a file directly (Ctrl+V or ⌘V).

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your file is not uploaded to a server at any point.

A Real Table, Not Raw Commas

A .csv file is just comma-separated text - fine for software, hard to read as-is. Filevolo parses it into a genuine table, with the first row treated as a header, so the result is something you can actually print, sign, or send someone who doesn't use spreadsheets.

Wide Files Switch to Landscape

A CSV with more than a few columns automatically renders in landscape orientation, so data isn't squeezed unreadable on a portrait page.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The separator is detected automatically (comma, semicolon or tab), so files exported from a spreadsheet set to a European language, where the comma is the decimal mark, split into columns correctly. A file saved in an older "ANSI" encoding is read as Windows-1252, so accented letters like é and ü survive.

Yes, 2,000 rows. A larger file is truncated to the first 2,000 rows rather than producing an enormous, slow PDF.

No. Reading the CSV and building the PDF both happen entirely in your browser.
