Each Sheet as a Clean PDF Table

Filevolo reads every sheet in your workbook and lays it out as a real, genuine table in the PDF - not a screenshot of the spreadsheet. Wide sheets with more than a few columns switch to landscape orientation automatically, so numbers aren't squeezed unreadable.

What Carries Over, and What Doesn't

Cell values, calculated formula results, and multiple sheets all convert - each sheet starts on its own page. Numbers, percentages and dates appear the way the spreadsheet displays them (such as $1,234.50, 25% or a date in the sheet's own format), and number columns are right-aligned. Cell colors, borders, conditional formatting, charts, and embedded images aren't included; this is a clean data export, not a visual copy of the original spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

Yes - the PDF shows each formula's last calculated result, the same numbers you'd see in the spreadsheet itself.

Every sheet is included, each starting on its own page, labeled with its sheet name.

No. This converts the data into a clean table - cell colors, borders, conditional formatting, charts, and embedded images aren't carried over.

No. Reading the file and building the PDF both happen entirely in your browser.
