How to Improve a Photo with On-Device AI
Upscale a photo, clean up noise and grain, or cut a person out from their background - three real AI models, each scoped to one job.

Filevolo runs three real AI models directly in your browser, each trained for one specific photo problem rather than one button that claims to fix everything. All three download a small model file the first time you use them, then run entirely on your own device - your photo is never uploaded anywhere.
Make it bigger
Use Image Upscaler to double a photo's resolution. Unlike a plain resize, which just stretches the pixels already there, this model was trained to predict plausible extra detail when doubling resolution - it can't recover detail that was never captured, but it produces a noticeably more useful result than stretching alone. If you just need different dimensions with no AI involved, Image Resizer is the plain version of that.
Clean up noise and grain
Use Photo Enhancer for the speckled, gritty look common in low-light phone photos, old scans, or a heavily compressed JPEG. The model was trained on real camera noise and tries to tell it apart from genuine detail worth keeping. It's scoped specifically to noise - it's not a resolution increase (that's Image Upscaler above) and won't fix motion blur or bad framing.
Remove the background from a portrait
Use Remove Background to cut a subject out of its background and get back a transparent PNG, ready to drop onto a new background, a solid color, or a design. It has two modes: for a photo of a person it finds them on its own (a model trained for portraits), and for a product or other object you click the thing to keep and a second model cuts out whatever is under the click. Extra clicks add a missing part or take out something that came along. It is not a retouching tool - thin parts, see-through glass and very small objects come out less cleanly.
Common questions
Why is there a size limit on these? Each model processes an image in tiles so it can handle a large photo without crashing, but time still grows with pixel count - the limit keeps a run from taking an unreasonably long time on a typical device.
Will Remove Background work on a product photo? Yes, in its product mode: choose "A product or object" and click the item. It gives the cleanest result on one item against a plain background, and you can fix a miss with more clicks.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere? No. Every one of these models runs entirely in your browser after the first download - nothing about the photo itself is ever sent to Filevolo.
