Fill in your experience, education, and skills, choose from free and premium templates, and generate a resume PDF, built entirely in your browser.

Click the dots to rate a skill (optional) - leave them blank to just list the name.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your file is not uploaded to a server at any point.

Five Templates, Built for Different Situations

Classic is a free, single-column, plain-text layout - the safest choice when a company's applicant tracking software reads your resume before a person does. Modern adds a colored sidebar with your photo, contact details, and skills alongside your experience - the style most European-style CVs use. Executive keeps a single column but adds a bold colored header and section dividers for a more designed look that's still easy to parse. Minimal strips out every color block in favor of pure typography and generous whitespace. Timeline lays your work history out along a vertical colored line with a marker at each job. Pick whichever fits where you're applying.

Beyond the Basics: Projects, Achievements, Skills, Languages, and Certifications

Rate each skill with a simple five-dot scale, list languages with whatever proficiency scale you use (native, fluent, CEFR level, or anything else), and add certifications with their issuer and year. Showcase personal or side projects with a name, link, and bullet points, and call out standout achievements or awards with their own year and context - all optional, all laid out automatically whichever template you choose.

Add as Much Experience and Education as You Need

Add one entry or many - each job or qualification gets its own role, dates, and bullet points, in the order you add them. A "Current" checkbox on each job automatically shows "Present" instead of an end date.

Frequently asked questions

The Classic template is free with no limits - fill in the form and download. Modern, Executive, Minimal, and Timeline are Pro templates; Pro also removes the small credit line every free download includes.

Classic for anywhere an applicant tracking system reads resumes first (most US companies). Modern, Executive, Minimal, or Timeline when a human reviews it directly and a more designed look helps you stand out - common for creative, European-style, or senior roles.

It's optional and only available on Modern and Executive. Many US applications prefer no photo at all (to avoid bias concerns and because ATS software can't read it); it's standard on many European CVs. Follow what's expected where you're applying.

Yes - this tool works equally well for a US-style resume or an international CV, and the Modern template in particular matches common European CV conventions (photo, languages with proficiency levels).

Classic uses plain text, standard section headings, and simple bullet points in one column, which is what most ATS software parses reliably. Modern's two-column layout is less guaranteed to parse correctly in every ATS - use Classic if you're not sure.

Yes, add as many experience and education entries as you need, each with its own dates and description.

Type each achievement or responsibility on its own line in the description box - each line becomes its own bullet point in the PDF.
